Review: Jesus Was Raised for our Justification

Easter is the time we celebrate Christ’s resurrection from the dead.  Unfortunately, most believers don’t realize the amazing position that puts us in.  Romans 4:25  says,He was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.”  1 Corinthians 15:17 says nearly the same thing,And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins.”  After the penalty for all man’s sins was paid, Jesus was raised for out justification.  Justification means we are completely innocent and will never again fall short of the glory of God.  We are forever sinless because all the sins of the world were bought and paid for.  God will never punish us for our sins, because He would be unjust to punish sins twice.  That would amount to double jeopardy.

Hebrews 10: 14 tells us,For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.” Jesus was the true Passover lamb that has perfected and sanctified us forever.  The battle is now over.  Jesus completely reversed what the first Adam lost in the garden.  We have been declared innocent and an heir in the Father’s family.  Jesus was delivered for all of our sins.  Our sins were transferred to Jesus on the cross, and everything He owned was transferred to us.

The true meaning of Easter is the fact that mankind has been declared innocent because Jesus was raised for our justification.  We can go to our Father and receive divine protection, supernatural favor, divine healing and His never-ending blessing.  If you have any challenges in your life, God will freely give you whatever you need because you are no longer in a state of sin.  You have been raised together with Christ spotless and blemish free.  You are seated in Christ in the position of honor, favor, and unconditional love.  Go to the Father and receive your inheritance today.  It is His great pleasure to give to you because of Jesus’ death and resurrection.  Praise God!!
