Review: Power of the Grain, Wine and Oil
The Old Testament contains shadows and types of Jesus. Joel 2:19 says, “I will send you corn, and wine, and oil, and you shall be satisfied therewith ,and I will no more make you a reproach..” Jesus is the true corn, wine and oil that was sent. Today we celebrate the power of the grain, wine and oil with the Holy Communion (corn and wine) and the anointing oil. Every time you see the corn, wine and oil in scripture, you will always see God’s people being blessed and silver and gold multiplying. In the Old Testament, every time God’s people desired blessings, answers to prayer, victory or rain for their crops, they always offered a lamb as a burnt offering mixed with flour, wine and oil. The sweet smell of the burnt offering rose up to God, and God poured His blessings down. (Numbers 15:1-5)
Today we no longer need to offer the lamb, because Jesus was the true lamb that was sacrificed as our burnt offering on the cross. When we partake of the Holy Communion or use the anointing oil, it reminds God of the sweet smelling sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. No matter what you are going through or what kind of crisis you may seem to be in, we can use the Holy Communion and anointing oil. Jesus, the true grain, wine and oil was crushed, so we can enjoy the life that flows from Him. The power of the Holy Communion and anointing oil will turn every situation around. When the sweet fragrance of the grain, wine and oil goes up, the divine health, abundance, peace, favor and wholeness of Jesus flows to us. Praise God!

Prayer 1: 3 Minutes:
We are going to thank God for the True Grain, Wine and Oil that was sent. If there is any situation in your life that needs to be turned around, apply the anointing oil and thank God that Jesus’ finished work on the cross will turn it to a testimony.
Prayer 2: 3 Minutes:
We will be praying for a harvest of souls this week. Ask the Lord of the Harvest to whistle to all his sheep in every city and fellowship around the country. Ask the Holy Spirit to drive them into church and into every fellowship with His irresistible wind. We will also be praying for the Holy Spirit to convict them of their sins, so they will be saved, and Christ will be formed and complete in all of the people present.
Prayer 3: 3 minutes
We are going to thank God for the grace to preach the good news of Jesus Christ in every service and fellowship. We are going to ask God to open our eyes of understanding in our knowledge of God and Jesus our Lord, and that grace and peace will be multiplied in our lives. (2 Peter 1:2)
