Review: You are a son, not a servant.

Many believers are trying to serve and serve and serve; Hoping that their good works will qualify them for God’s blessings.  The truth is that you are a son of God.  Jesus has qualified you for every blessing and made you a joint-heir.  You are seated in Christ Jesus in the position of honor and favor, at the Father’s right hand.  Hebrews 10:1 tells us that the Old Testament law was just a shadow of the good things that are coming.  Hebrews 11:1 tells us that we no longer just have the shadow.  We have the substance, or title deed.  All of the amazing blessings in the Old Testament have now become a reality in Christ Jesus.  2 Corinthians 1:20 tells us,For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.”

Everything that was lost at Adam’s fall has been restored to us through Christ Jesus.  Anything you will ever need has already been finished.   When trials come up, we can stay in our royal position of rest next to the Father’s throne.  Do you need provision, protection, favor, joy or wisdom?  The Father says whatever you need has already been provided.   The answer is yes and amen in Christ Jesus.  Jesus work was perfect.  You no longer have to strive and work in order to receive the Father’s blessings.  You don’t need to fast, toil or pray long prayers in order to be blessed.  You already have them.  You have the supernatural favor of God because of Jesus.  You are a joint-heir.  You simply need to rest in the Father’s love for you and realize you are a son, and worthy to sit at the feast of the Lord.   You are a son of the Most High God, and a joint-heir of His riches, honor, favor, glory, power and love.  You are a son, not a servant.  Praise God!
